The IRO Handbook is all about IROs, the Government has given them more powers and responsibilities to make sure that the decisions made about your life are the best for you. It says 4 main things:

  1. What should be happening at your reviews
  2. How certain decisions should be made
  3. What IROs do, and
  4. What they, and you, can do if things aren't happening like they should be

This is the Young Person's Guide to the IRO Handbook by the Office of the Children's Rights Director. It's a really good, shortened version of the handbook.
