Can you get online where you live?
You should have access to the internet where you live, not just on your phone but at an actual laptop or computer.
Keeping safe online
You may not be able to have your computer in your room, because that's not always easy for your carer to keep an eye out for you. But you should be able to get on the internet in your house.
You also need to be able to keep yourself safe online and your carer should be supervising you in a way that's suitable for your age and maturity.
It's important for you to be able to use the internet to help with homework projects and to learn or even to have fun! Your carers should supervise your internet use and sometimes they're not sure about the best way to do this. If you click the links below you will find "acceptable use policies" for you and your carer and a "Digital PACT". These will help you to work out with your carer what you are and are not allowed to do online.
